At Poe’s Path Counseling PLLC, healing is viewed as a journey through both shadow and light — an opportunity to grow, reflect, and rediscover peace.

Poe’s Path Counseling was created in loving memory of Poe, a loyal black cat whose presence offered steadiness and comfort. His name now represents the sense of safety, compassion, and quiet support that guides the therapeutic process.

Many people move through life doing their best to cope, yet still feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and begin living with greater intention and clarity. I offer a supportive and grounded environment where healing can unfold gently and at a pace that feels right for you. My therapeutic style is warm, reflective, and client-centered. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment.

Therapy is viewed as a journey—one where each step, no matter how small, is part of your path toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life. Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, but my goal is to make the process feel approachable and supportive from the very first session. Our work together will focus on building insight, developing coping strategies, and creating space for growth and healing. Progress doesn’t have to be rushed. Your journey matters.
